Basic Black
Michelle Ward had a little challenge called "Come Over To The Dark Side", the idea was to create art on a black background. Many of her examples were Halloween inspired and they were just great. Here is my contribution, a page from my journal that was created on a base of black acrylic paint.

jennifer - gorgeous page! love the white pen! the colored bits look really cool too. thanks for coming over to the dark side - and sharing your work with the team.

It is amazing how much *pop* the white writing has on the black... as do the colors! What a great way to kick up a page.

I see you found a good white pen too - doesn't the text look amazing on black? I really like the way you have kept writing over the colours underneath as well, especially in the bottom right hand corner. The butterfly is a beauty too.
