Honestly though you are a great cook, and your food always tastes great. You've come a long way from the burnt hard boiled egg.

I found you through the artfest forum. I'm going to artfest too, my first time. I am also vegan and have been looking through your recipes. I make udon noodle soup all the time, but have never added peanut butter. That sounds so yummy.
